NIDHS Design Studio started with a simple observation: a lot of design is either purely commercial or purely artistic, and rarely both at once. We wanted to build something in between.

Founded by the alumnus of IIT, who decided that our training in problem-solving belonged on a drafting table as much as in a lab. That background shows up in how we work; every project is grounded in sound construction methodology and disciplined project management, so the ideas we sketch on day one actually survive contact with a site, a budget, a timeline and people.

At NIDHS Design Studio, we follow function and the function follows our form.

We design buildings that hold up to scrutiny - visually, functionally and structurally. Our approach starts with how a space will actually be used, not just how it will photograph.

What makes a volume worth walking into ? Good interiors! They solve a problem before they express a style. We design homes, offices, and commercial spaces that fit the people using them - their habits, scale, and budget turning just volumes into breathable and beautiful spaces.
